We want you to love your candles! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Personalized or custom candles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it.

  • Contact us at Sweetmagnoliaess@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Sweetmagnoliaess@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
